Approximately three years of hard work, lots of fun and lack of sleep. Dagsljós was a current affairs / cultural magazine for RUV (National TV). Live broadcast four nights a week with short subjects documentary, comedy, live music, etc. The work load was divided mostly between the team of three directors, taking turns directing the live broadcast and then shooting and editing all the segments for the show. We used to start the day early and when our co-workers went home, we, the directors stayed on and edited until morning. Here, I got my first chance to work with the comedy duo Tvíhöfði, and that evolved into developing the sketch comedy series Fóstbræður together.
