A middle aged couple, Sigmar and Árný have since they were teenagers lived in Árný’s room at her mother’s place. Now, all of a sudden their whole life is in turmoil as Árný comes out as a lesbian. He tries his best to support her through the whole process. It forces Sigmar to take a deep look at himself and his dreams. He gets a break as a radio talk show host where listeners call in and complain about their lives. He desperately wants to help each and every listener out as well.
